Personality:
Despite the fact that many people believe him to be an odd fellow, Allan never really takes any harsh comments to heart. Actually, he is quite the positive teenager, and believes that there is good in everybody. For the most part, Allan is fairly calm but he does have his hyper-active moments as do most boys his age. At first, he may seem arrogant and proud (which his is), but honestly its just in his nature.
Once he gets to know somebody, he is fiercely loyal because he doesnt really have any friends that he could consider to be true ones. Even though he doesnt take harsh comments to heart, he is quite the sensitive fellow and hates to have his emotions toyed with especially by those of the female gender. Allan really enjoys the company of other people, and pokemon too, in short he really likes being around people.
History:
Allan was born into a small family, in which he was the only child, in the Cerulean City. Even though they lived together, Allan`s parents aren`t actually married. His mother was a simple house wife, on request of Allan`s father whom was a member of Team Rocket. He grew up around pokemon most of his life, his father`s main pokemon was a Weezing while his mother`s one and only pokemon was a Machop. Machop was like a brother to Allan, and they got along famously.
He began to attend school at Cerulean`s elementary and continued to do so for the required years. Nothing really note worthy occurred during this part of his life until he reached the sixth grade. Allan`s father took him to the Team Rocket headquarters in nearby Saffron City for a very brief tour of the building in hopes of later recruiting him, since he showed a fair amount of promise in handling pokemon. Later that night, still walking around the lobby (his father was in an urgent meeting) one of the scientists approached him and asked him if he wanted to check out the labs. Little did he know that the scientist intended on experimenting with him and pokemon DNA. Everything became fuzzy after that.
Next thing he knew, Allan felt different. His once pure black hair turned blue, with the excepting of a few black strands. He had large ears protruding from his head, and his eyes went from green to grayish green. Long, claw like fingernails sprouted from each of his fingers, but the biggest surprise was the little stumpy tail he had gained. The first thing he heard was his father`s frantic yelling outside, then a loud crash. The light above him blinded him, and Allan had no idea where he was. Once his eyes focused, he noticed the lamp above his body, then the strange table he was on. Just to make sure he wasnt dreaming, he tried to get up. Allan flopped off of the table and onto the floor. Later, he woke up at home with his parents and Machop by his side.
Allan adopted a new set of clothes, loose tan shirt with a high neck and has horizontal lines across the belly. The sleeves of the shirt were blue and had the same horizontal pattern as the tan shirt. (for the rest, see the picture) When he started middle school in Viridian (after they moved) he began to carry around two water guns which often got him into trouble. During middle school Allan got used to getting made fun of but was never really too trouble by it.
During his freshmen year, Allan`s father decided to take his son out and have him capture a pokemon of his very own to train. They headed east of Saffron city (they moved again, due to the Silph Co. ordeal ) and went out into a large field. However Allan`s father was called away on official business and Allan was to wait in the lobby (they were no longer afraid that he would be experimented on, because they couldnt do much more than that to Allan ). While waiting, a tall, sleek looking man came to him with a Persian at his side. He handed Allan a pokeball with a diamond shape on it and apologized for the trouble. Allan was quite confused, but thanked the mysterious man for the pokemon. After the man and his large cat pokemon left, Allan let out his new pokemon and was greeted by a very happy Meowth. The two bonded very quickly.
Allan intended on registering himself as a trainer, but found out that he wasnt allowed to unless he obtained an official starting pokemon at the lab in Pallet Town. On the way he overheard a conversation about a new region, Johto, so he decided to head off to the new region in search of newer pokemon. Since becoming a Bastloise pokemorph, it was really quite obvious which starter he would choose.
