Luigi is 5'3" and has dark brown hair. He has wide blue eyes and a stubby nose. He wears a white jacket with a Green L on the left side and Forest Green Sweat Pants. He is often picked on and is asked, "How is Mario?". So, he wears two Navy wristbands. And no one is sure how that works. He is very quiet but his voice pretty regular for a twelve year old. It isn't squeaky but it isn't deep.
Personality: Luigi is a very quiet, lonely boy. he doesn't like to talk or hang out with people and he is a smart boy. He was in the gifted class in Elementary School and in Middle School and he was annoyed that everyone depended so highly of him. His family is kind of popular considering his dad is a gym leader in Vermilion city. But he wasn't able to live to the expectations. He can sometimes get so angry that he wants to hurt someone but just doesn't because his voice isn't high enough to.
History: Luigi was born in GoldenRod, Johto and his father, mother, and older sister Fleur were there to see him. His parents were so happy to see how much Luigi resembled his mother. The only thing he really had in common with his father was his eyes and tan skin. His brother Luis was not there to see him as for he was with the babysitter. Considering Luis was a pretty loud and obnoxious child. Fleur was 2 and Luis was 7 at the time and of course, Fleur was had just fallen asleep in Tyson's arms.
Years had passed and Luigi had gone into Kindergarten at Azalea Elementary. He'd use to just cut through Ilex Forest and then enter Azalea. Take a few turns and there was the school. That was one everyone saw how smart Luigi was.
The next year, Luigi was in a gifted 1st grade class, he wasn't sure why they even had those but he finally fit in, somehow. He was the only normal one there and he wasn't a nerd. He hated it because he was always being sneezed on.
After a while, Luigi went straight to the gifted program for 6th grade and he wasn't going to pretend that he was annoyed. When a complete nerd made fun of him and asked, "How is Mario." He was about to lash but realized that a nerd like that kid had nothing against Luigi and the kid instantly picked up what Luigi was thinking. He had recently found out his father had become the 3rd gym leader in Kanto so that LT. Surge could do his job at his amusement park.
After that year ended, he had enough. He knew that now was the usual time start a pokemon journey. He dashed right home, went upstairs to get ready for his adventure before his mom could even ask how his day was. After a half hour, he came back down and saw his mom having coffee. He set his bag down and she knew exactly what he was thinking. "No, no no no no no" She said, shaking her head and running to his bag. "Not yet, your too young." She said. "I'm two years older than I could've been." Luigi said. After a long back-and-forth discussion, Luigi left for his journey the next day.
