You'll have to dismount your bike if you're riding it, of course, but anyone can go inside the cave. As well as your usual Zubats, people every now and then spot Gible in here.

Route 206-207 - Cycling Road
The Cycling Road leads to a small tunnel in Mt. Coronet. If you don't have a bike, you can walk under it. There are lots of trainers above and wild Pokémon below.
