It's very dark in here, so you might want the HM Flash. However, it's fine to go in without it. There are plenty of Pokémon here, and if you don't have Flash, you'd better like stalkers...

Dewford Town
Dewford Town is on a remote island off the coast of Hoenn. It hosts the second gym, along with Granite Cave and a sandy beach. Their Pokémon Mart is famous for it's fishing rods.
